• Payment by cash or bank transfer.
• $5 extra for any credit card transaction.
• Soiling/Rubbishing the shuttle van in any form incurs $100 cleaning charges.
• Booking is compulsory.
• $65 an hour in CBD (for tour).
• Minimum Cancellation 1 hour, or fees apply.
• Each extra Baggage other than 2 baggages per person may be charged $5 extra.
• Surf Boards, Push Bike, Baby Seats, Oversize baggage etc. each $5 extra.
• We do not give refunds on wrong dates given for departure or arrival days and times.
• There are no refunds given on bookings cancelled within 12 hours.
